I’ve been asked for this enough times that I finally just bit the bullet and did it: Here are versions of the Stone of Golorr with one, two, and none of its eyes.
I ended up commissioning a physical prop of the Stone of Golorr when I ran Dragon Heist, so this wasn’t a high priority for me. But, as I say, it’s been heavily requested. I am by no means a master of Photoshop, but I thought this turned out well enough that others might find value in it.
These are great – they don’t look ‘Photoshopped’ at all. It’s a neat touch to have the image change as the party gathers more of the stones. I’ve found these little touches to make a great deal of difference to the overall feel and polish of a game.
I would absolutely love to see the physical prop you had made, if you would be willing to share!
Is there any way we could see that physical prop? Does it always have all of its eyes?

It did have eyes. Although I see that they added something called the “Alexandrian Remix Stone of Golorr” after I had purchased mine, and I’m really curious what that was.
